Located in Northwestern Pennsylvania, F&S Tool is a 25,000 square foot production facility equipped with the latest in mold-making technology. A sampling of our facility reveals a temperature controlled environment that includes a fully equipped production tool-room, multiple System 3R robotic cells, several high-speed milling and graphite cells, as well as complete base-plate machining centers, Charmilles and Mitsubishi technology, Zeiss CMM measuring equipment, Sampling & Product Development Center and much more.
 Our in-house 3D design team has developed tooling that can be seen all over the world. Did you know that F&S Tool routinely holds the majority of concept review and design review meetings face to face with our customers? We have designed and built molds for the Medical & Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, Household Packaging, Health & Beauty, Caps & Closures and many other consumer driven markets.
Upon completion, F&S Tool's Product Development Center provides our customers with the ability to sample and debug their completed tooling on one of three injection presses (100, 300, and 500 Ton) or on our Single Station Lab Machine for compression projects.
